National Prearranged Services, Inc. is a family corporation founded in 1979 for the purpose of assisting families across the United States to prearrange their funeral. The mission eases the burden of being faced with making difficult and unfamiliar decisions under grief-stricken circumstances immediately after the death of a family member.

Our corporate headquarters are located in St. Louis, Missouri, and we also have offices in Austin, Texas. We serve the finest independent funeral homes in the United States.

NPS began as one family helping another family - now we have helped more than 368,000 families with their prearrangement needs, and paid out more than $300 million in death claims.

We are affiliated with Lincoln Memorial Life Insurance Company, a 65-year-old business. Lincoln Memorial has underwritten more than $3 billion in life insurance protection.
